Your pay-when-ranked agreement.

Effective September 25, 2026. These terms describe the business-first offer at proof.seolocal.us. They supplement the approved scope shown in your saved application and apply to this offer, not to a different legacy plan.

1. Apply, verify, then agree scope

There is no charge and no card requirement to apply. An application does not activate service. We review the business, authority to approve the service and market fit. Before activation, you approve up to five keywords, a defined measurement location, each starting position and the measurement method. A keyword already in positions 1–3 at baseline does not qualify as a newly delivered result.

2. Secure $0 activation

After qualification and scope approval, a valid card must be saved through Stripe to activate. Saving a card is not a charge and does not itself authorize a subscription. Your application status records the actual activation date and the end of the 90-day result window. An incomplete application, unverified contact or incomplete card setup is not an active trial.

3. The qualifying result

A result qualifies when at least one of your approved keywords is verified at Google Maps position 1, 2 or 3 using the approved location and measurement method within 90 days of activation. The result must be supported by the recorded evidence and checked against your agreed baseline. This does not promise a top-3 position everywhere, for every keyword or at every time.

Google Maps rankings vary by search, user context, location, competition and time. Individual examples on the landing page are documented past results, not a guarantee of a particular outcome or speed.

4. No payment without your later approval

After qualifying evidence is provided, you must affirmatively choose to continue. Opening an email, viewing proof, saving a card or failing to reply does not authorize a charge. The continuation screen identifies the specific proof and asks you to authorize $299 now and $299/month recurring until canceled. That choice is recorded separately from your initial application and card-saving consent.

If no qualifying result is verified within the 90-day window, you owe no payment under this offer. There is no timed charge or automatic subscription at the end of the window. A qualifying result alone does not bypass the customer-approval requirement.

5. If you continue

The agreed plan is $299 per month, beginning after your affirmative continuation authorization and payment processing. Stripe handles payments. A pending or declined payment is not shown as a collected payment. Additional authentication may be required by your card issuer.

You can request cancellation or billing help by emailing russ@appstango.com. Include the email used for your application; never send card details. Contact us before the next renewal you want stopped. We will confirm the cancellation and explain the applicable billing status. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable law.

6. Accurate details and changes

Provide accurate business and contact details and apply only if you are authorized to approve the service. Phone and website are optional at application. Missing or ambiguous business-listing information may need human review. A material scope change must be reviewed and approved before it can count toward the offer.
