Your business details stay out of analytics events.

What you provide

We collect your business name, service area, main service, contact name, email, authority and offer acknowledgment. Website, Google Maps link and phone are optional. We use these details to review eligibility, verify your contact channel, agree scope, communicate about your application and deliver the approved service.

An optional phone number allows us to call about this application. Providing it here does not subscribe you to automated marketing texts. Do not enter passwords, customer lists, card numbers or other sensitive information into application fields.

How progress is saved

This browser tab temporarily keeps your draft so changing steps or refreshing does not erase your work. The draft is removed after a successful application and is only restored within 24 hours. After submission, your application is stored on our server. A secure, HttpOnly session cookie and emailed verification link allow you to resume without creating a password. Treat that link as private.

Optional call booking

If you choose to book a call, Calendly handles scheduling and the details you enter in its booking form. Its fields and privacy choices are separate from this application. We receive booking details, answers, appointment status and source identifiers so we can prepare for the call, manage cancellations or reschedules, and connect the call to your application if you later apply. A booking does not activate a trial or authorize payment.

We load the embedded scheduler only after you choose the call option. You can also open Calendly directly. See Calendly’s privacy notice. Scheduling identifiers and booking answers are not included in our custom Google Analytics events.

Payment information

Card collection happens later through Stripe’s secure form, after qualification and scope agreement. We retain provider references and payment status needed to operate the plan, rather than asking you to send card information through the application or email.

Google Analytics and conversion measurement

We use Google Analytics to understand page visits, application steps, validation problems and genuine downstream outcomes such as verified activation and collected payment. Analytics cookies and device or session information may be processed by Google. Advertising-link identifiers are stored with the application where available so we can reconcile acquisition and outcomes.

Our custom browser events use field names and categorical states—not your typed field values. They do not include your name, email, phone, business name or verification token. Page locations sent by this workflow omit query strings and fragments. Verification links are removed before the application status page loads measurement.

You can restrict analytics through your browser’s privacy settings or blocking tools. Applying does not depend on analytics succeeding. We do not install a Meta advertising pixel on this new page as part of this workflow.

Operational providers and access

Hosting, email-delivery, payment and analytics providers process information needed for their functions. Access to application details is limited to operating and supporting the service. Retention depends on the application, service, security and accounting purpose, and applicable obligations.

We may need to verify a request before changing or disclosing records. Some records may need to be retained for payment, security or legal obligations.
